NNA Electronic notary seal verification flaw

The NNA has a web site, https://www.ensvalidate.org/Validate.aspx, which purports to verify that a notary claiming to have an ENS really does have it. However, the site requires a commission number, so it won't work for states like Vermont, which do not put numbers on their commission. It strikes me that this flaw demonstrates that the security of these "seals" has not been fully thought out or tested.

I sent an e-mail Saturday, and have not received a reply. I called the tech support number, 1-888-867-6827, and was told I wasn't supposed to look at that page, and the tech tried to direct me to the sales page. When I insisted on talking about the ensvalidate page, he hung up on me.

I have been working with NNA for over two weeks just to get my ENS to work. One excuse after another. Their only suggestion is to pay again and try again. In addition, if you are a dual notary then forget it. They can not handle more than one commission and will make you choose. Suppossedly it is in the works but too late for me. I chose the wrong state.
