Just a heads up to anyone doing business with the above referenced company: today I received notice from my bank of the SECOND dishonored check. Both were returned NSF. These peolpe do not know how to handle a trust account.

I don't think a SS pays you from a trust account, but that's a minor quibble... you've got gold in your hands...

Call your DA's office and get the form for bounced checks. Fill out the form. Write a fax cover sheet that says how much the checks are and whatever your bank charged for depositing bad checks and fax it off to them. Tell them you'll wait till tomorrow's FedEx arrives with a cashier's check before sending the paperwork to your DA.

They'll pay.

Wow! I'm glad I turned them down last week only wanting to pay $60.00 total for my services AND E-Docs.
