In a moment of stupidiaty I took a closing for them back in 02/15/08 and to mine and the rest of yours amazement they still have not paid me. I have opened a file with the BBB in Orange County and filed with the FBI internet fraud division. My one concern is that I know that there are others that have not been paid by them but it looks like my filing was the only one with the BBB.
In one of her few emails that she has sent me, Dawn has said that they are looking at filing BK. Well if that is the case lets push her over the edge and sink this business so that they do not take advantage of anymore Notaries.

I completed a signing on 1/7/08 for them and have not been paid as of yet. Their client (Lenders Direct - Mission Hills Mortgage) no longer works with them and the TC was no help. I filed a compliant with the Calif. Department of Corporations who forwarded my compliant to the Calif. Department of Real Estate. I don't know if you can since you are out of state but worth a try, but you may want to file a compliant with the Department of Real Estate, Enforcement, 2201 Broadway, PO Box 187000, Sacramento, CA 95818-7000. I will also file a compliant with BBB in Orange County.

They have an F Rating with the BBB in Orange County, so they must have quite a few complaints against them.

How do you file a complaint with the FBI Internet Fraud Division? I've never done that before and would certainly like to.

There alsoo owe me since Jan..I am looking to take them to small claims court. I would love to place a lien also against their company...I want to make there life miserable.
