If Signing company dosn't Pay You each state has its own rules about how to file small claims and civil
suits. I've pulled one informational site about filing a small claim

Hi... Signing Company here. Jack, what I am hearing is "bite the hand that feeds you"? First, the checks are dispersed, from title to the Signing Company. The signing company then issues payment to the Certified Signing agent. So please explain to me how calling the title, escrow company or lender would get you your money? Just curious.
