STOP SIGNING SERVICES

Some notaries refuse to work for signing companies period. They only deal with Title Companies. I don't specifically have a "no signing company" policy, but most of the work I do is directly to Title since most signing companies tend not to want to meet my minimum fee.

HOWEVER, I definitely need to give credit to the 5 or 6 of my regular signing companies who meet my fee and pay within a reasonable time. There are still good signing companies out there.

If you're tired of dealing with signing companies, you could always try working only for Title and refusing SS calls. Whether or not that's economical or possible I guess depends on your situation....just my opinion, of course.

I have been doing loan signings for 7 years........i dont work for signing services i work for escrow title companys...i refuse all signing services calls.i have a set fee.i hear bad things on signing companies i got one call from daclose 2 mos ago The guy was nice on the ph offer me me set fee..so i did signing..no pay Thats bull i wont put up with that if they ever called me on a job again i would collect from Borrowers hud shows notary on hud if borrower pays notary all you do is put on the hud POC >paid outside closing <you get paid...The signing company will not get paid from escrow at all. Nothing signing company can do about it at all.Plus they may not call you again BIG DEAL They havn't paid you in the 1st place and the borrower are happy they dont have to pay over 300 for notary....Also if you have a problem with a sighning company write down escrow phone # bug escrow signing companies will hate you you will get paid..i know what iam talking about...Remember You dont have to work for signing companies that dont pay Dont get 4 unpaid bills stop it at the 1st one..Plus signing companie make more money the less you charge....Charge a fair PRICE! I work with no signing companies at all.. just escrow companies Fidelity,Southland,Ticor,etc.
Why Work with signing Companies You Have far better price for your service...You have the power to beat signing companies.Market yourself show them Your pricing your services You will win Also get approve Most want you to be a approve notary just call any title escrow co.get on their approve list They will tell you what you need to do....Then they will call you before they call a signing company.......OK stand UP and STOP SIGNING COMPANIES FROM RIPPING YOU OFF... If you ever work for a signing company take down all escrow phone #s and escrow names and fax #s also the borrower phone keep it to if you have a problem of no pay bug escrow 1st you will get your check from the signing company THEY HATE THIS..Because escrow will stop using them.. i know!OK GOOD LUCK ALL.
