I wanted to let everyone know this is another dead beat company. I did a closing for them on 02/05/08 yes February and then on 02/28/2008 and was told I would have payment with in 60 days which is bad enough but since I was slow I can deal with it well still no payment now telling me by the end of May. So I will see if that happens. If I were you all I would not do business with these people.

Miranda, you are in the same state as they are I think - aren't they in VA? You can take them to small claims court. Try this - complete the forms with a date for one week in the future. Fax it to them and promise to file on the date on the paperwork if payment is not received by then. Then follow through if they don't remit payment immediately. I personally have never had to do this but I have read that others have and it has worked for them.
