Luana - I feel for you. I was in a car accident last year where at a dead stop I was rear ended by a woman in Ford Expedition doing about 45mph. Thankfully, everyone was able to walk away (although the Van I was test driving was totalled) but since then I've had on going problems with my left rotator cuff. Went through PT , had an MRI, etc etc. I finally broke down and had some cortizone injections which was no picnic but gave me so much relief. i had full range of motion for over 7 months and even got back into some weight training.

I'm scheduled for another series of shot next month and can't wait. You may want to consider talking to your doc about it. Hang in there.
