They still owe me for work in August/September last year....I'm not working for them any more, ever again. It's like pulling teeth to get paid. One delay after another, they never honored their payment plan with me.

I'm still owed for work I did for them mid-February. They've always dragged their feet to pay but this time I was assured they had turn things around and I'd be paid within 45 days. It's now 90 days past due, nice. I've faxed, emailed and left messages with Bret that have all gone unanswered. i urge any of you that have been stiffed by this company to file a complaint with the FBI internet fraud dept. It's easy enough to do on-line...go to ic3.gov and follow the steps. Maybe in numbers we can force some action. I'm also filing a small claims case against them.

Add me to the list of notaries this company stiffed for about $500. I have four outstanding invoices, one from early February. I spoke to the title company with regard to non-payment, she said "we do not use Docuserv any longer, as they do not pay their notaries." I think that's why they have us do that Signing Service Fee Responsibility Letter and have the borrowers sign it - that way they can rip us and the title companies off and have us go get payment from the borrowers - making them pay twice for notary services. So, when I have a few hours of extra time, I will go through the process of filing a BBB claim, writing a demand letter, filing a claim with the attorney general's office, and take this company, along with Notary Connection to small claims court!
I finally got the drift and the last time they called about a month ago, I said "Sorry, no can do - you do not pay your notaries!" Haven't heard from them since.
