e-Sign Lenders
Hello! Does anyone know any lenders who require e-Sign for their loan docs? For those of you who are not familiar with e-Sign, it's like signing docs via the web and the computer. I know that there are a few lenders out there, and was wondering if anyone can refer some lenders that need notaries who can do e-Signs. Thanks a bunch

Re: AmTrust
AmTrust is the only lender I know of, but I thought there might be a few more out there.

The NNA annual conference is through this weekend. It is all about eSign, eNotarization and eEverything. With luck, maybe some of the attendees will post here to answer your question. I would imagine the NNA has a list of lenders and title companies that are now using eSign with an eNotary, particularly through ENJOA and the addition of the TEA category.

there is a LARGE vendor management company that e-signs as many loans as they can - for a wide variety of lenders. The docs that get notarized are physically signed by an employee via a POA.
