notarybay
I get job alerts on my cell all the time and have no idea how to log on and view these jobs. I get an automatic response with a ticket number when I e-mail support but cannot seem to inquire about my password and username. Does anyone have a contact phone number or an e-mail address that will actually reach a person at this company?

O.K. I get it
You you are suppose to get a telephone number in the text message, right? I never have seen a number in the jobalert message but perhaps I need to learn more about my phone.
thanks

Re: O.K. I get it
When you get a job alert page, scroll to the bottom of the message for the lender's number.
Forget about trying to get any help from the website, there is no number and customer service there never responds to anything.

Contact info for Scott
Just for your information, you can contact Scott on his site at http://www.notarynetwork.org/. He always responds to my messages very quickly and has always been very helpful over the years to me.

Question about NotaryBay...
If you are using NotaryBay...do you mind that anyone who contacts you through that site has to provide their information to Scott first through that website?
What do you think he wants/needs that info for? Help you personally? I doubt it. JMHO.
I think it's funny that the premium members pay him so he can use their name to draw potential clients and then capture their potential client contact information. He's a sharp cookie. Notaries follow him like the pied piper.
Without your name (notary names) he has nothing to offer. You pay him $xxx or (lend him your name for free) and he sets it up on a website so he can get create a huge scheduler name/contact info database.
Every time someone wants to use notary bay to find a specific notary they have to put in contact information.
LOL...and people griped that it was required to log in on NR in order to get more than five searches.
