Agents Not Paying For Service
What recourse do you have when the signing agent refuses to pay you? I did a closing for "Dynamic Field Solutions" and that was in August. You can't get anyone by phone and they have not payed for services rendered. I only get an email stating that they are working on payment.
Please help?

I spoke with Tony in accounting the other day and he said that they were a little behind but getting caught up. He mentioned them being taken over by another company just recently I think....I got paid in about 60 days

Pretty sure this was a typo of sorts, but
The notary is the 'agent'; the Signing Service is an 'agency'.

For new notaries always remember to submit a W-9 along with your invoice. Sometimes this is why you do not get paid. I hope this helps. Happy Signings to all!
