It wasn't a closing - I don't do $50 closings - this was to have a mortgage resigned.

I received the initial notice and then on Monday I received the notice to file a proof of claim. I know someone who did RESPA's received at the minimum her initial notice. I can send you the court information if you want to follow up a little later today. Just let me know.

I've received 2 already, and they paid me the money they owed me in late October. It wasn't much, but at least I got it. If those of us who have been paid are receiving these notices, they either filed eons ago, or they're confused on who they owe and who they don't.
