Been a while

It's been a while since I've done notary signing what is the typical charge per doc these days? I print vs docs already printed?

I charge $25. (for around 100 pages) Some charge more, some less, it depends on what you want.

$25??? oh my - is that just for printing out the docs?

Yes...My standard e-doc print fee for two sets of docs (original (signed) and borrowers copy). In addition I charge (normally) $100 for the signing/travel fee. I sometimes 'adjust' this fee ($85-$125) depending on distance, and the hiring entity.
