Brooks Closing Services

I did a job for Brooks in early October and here we are Nov 24th with still no payment. I called two weeks ago and was told payment would be mailed the following Monday. Still not here.

Maria, I don't monitor past postings. I only now saw your message because I'm updating my previous post. If you wish to contact someone regarding their post, all you have to do is use the private message feature on this website.

UPDATE: I have now received payment from Brooks Closing Services. Check was dated 11/17 (which was the date they said they would mail it); Postmark was dated 11/29 (they held check for 12 days before mailing it???); Check was received in today's mail 12/1. This makes it 56 days from date of service, and had I not contacted Brooks asking where my payment was, I doubt I would have it right now.

Kudos go out to the post office for getting my check from CA to VA in two days!
