Check Signing Cental, only 1 comment date 11/20/2008 60 days and no payment. Now they aren't returning calls

What about the thousands of closings that notaries had no problems and were paid promptly. There have been many occasions when we get calls or correspondence from notaries that complain of not being paid, but when we research it, we have paid them and have proof. We are always available via phone and email. Give us a call and see!

People do have the right to make sure that they are paid for the closings that they do, and we always welcome those inquiries and we are happy to research and make amends if they have not been paid by some oversight. But they are also quick to right negative reviews and not positive ones.

If you have had a positive experience with Closingmasters, I would encourage you to write a positive review about our company.

We are growing in size despite a shaky real estate market and we pay on the higher side of the scale when it comes to signing companies.

I am also having trouble getting paid. First I am told net 30. Now we are over net 30 and I am told he hsn't been paid yet. I responded-that wasn't our deal. If you don't get paid, I don't? He hasn't answered that message. Now I told him if I don't hear by x date, I will contact Title co. directly. You would think other members of this forum (he is a member)would treat each other with respect since we are all in the same boat and at least honor their word.

As of today we are over 30 days past due on our agreed Net 15....... No reply to email, phone rang last week as disconnected. Fax not working. Heard nothing.

Closing Masters, Update your comments if you get paid

Jane Auld,

Did you receive pay from CM? If so,
could you please update your comments in NOT ROT. When you performed service when they paid or didn't pay etc.

This company wants me to work for them in NY, but I hesitate based on information provided by other members.

I want to give them a chance, but my first inclination tells me not to. After doing a little research I found to many inconsistencies in information they provide.

I just completed a closing with this company and they were punctual and very courteous here in Washington state. Will enjoy doing more work with them.
