Closing Quest - Advice

I am waiting for payment from Closing Quest on a closing I did in May. Has anyone who has done closings for this company actually received payment or should I give up? I have contacted Rikki and got no where ... now there is a new person in there and I have sent her numerous emails .... she tells me the same thing that Rikki did ... she has no idea when I'm going to get paid. I have left messages for Todd and emailed him and NOTHING.

I'M SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY .... I just want my money!

They are a horrible company to deal with, yes I did collect, twice. I demanded payment in a not so friendly way. Stay on it and never never work for them again. After payment, they informed me they were removing me from their data base.

I am really glad that I read these boards

on a daily basis. They called me for the first time and I declined. I was pretty sure that I had read nothing good about this company and I was right.

Stay on them. Never, ever give up. And don't be concerned about 'turning it back to anyone' if, after accepting, you find out the co. is a deadbeat. Being a good NSA does not mean you park your good business brain in limbo.

Rikki is no longer with the company

someone named Addison is now handling a/p's...and from what I've heard their payment schedule hasn't gotten any better ...

I had a reply from Addison. They have me on a list for a portion of my fee. She is waiting for "approval" from the owners. We know that will never happen.

Nice...I have had quite a few unfriendly conversations with Todd...he's a piece of work. It amazes me how someone with such an unprofessional attitude can still have his business operating.
