Cogent Closings
For anyone not up to date on this company, Beware. I did a closing on Oct. 3 and Carmella only wants to argue, not answer questions. My bad, that I didn't check them out closely enough when I took the assignment but was on the road when I got the call. With her attitude, I am now sending all correspondence to our SOS here in Virginia. I don't get stung very often but when I do, I make every effort to let everyone know about these companies.

This is from notary 123 >>have not been paid by Carmella for closings done in September,and she's not replying to my calls or emails. I've heard from others that she's still in business as they received calls for work last week. She has been good in the past so this is a real bummer. Guess I'll have to take some legal action to get paid, it's a lot of money!

I have handled many closings for Cogent, but, am unaware of an online closing completion form. I looked at their website and don't see a link. Do you sign in as a customer?
I have not been paid for five closings in September and Carmella has not responded to two voice messages and an email. She has always been very responsive in the past and I am a bit concerned.
