DHI Title (and DHI Mortgage) are wholly owned subsidiaries of D.R. Horton. Inc., "America's Builder". I've done quite a few in-house closings for them when the building boom was rolling along. Haven't done anything in quite a while.

DHI Title has offices in 7 states. They have 6 offices in Florida. Which one are you referring to? (They seem to operate independently of each other.)

I did one purchase closing for them 3 years ago. I got $250 for it. Paid in 4 days. If they call me, I take whatever I can. By the way, I own DHI stock. It is a time to buy. I hope this is not advertising. Sorry Harry.
