Did any of you get a letter asking you to settle for your fees owed? They owe me $1500.00 and the letter asks me to settle for $105.00.

They owe me for only one signing. I haven't received that letter, tho' I get piles of stuff from the lawyers. Seems they are asking only people who are owed 'larger' sums if they'll settle for 10%. Personally, regardless of what you decide, I don't think anyone will see the whole amount anyway.

They owe me around $1000 too - I haven't gotten a letter but I have piles of law firm crap that I can't make any sense of! When did you get the letter?

i just received a letter asking for a vote on the unsecured debtors taking 20-30% on what they are owed. has anyone else received this letter. what is everybody voting to reject or accept the 20 to 30%?
