Fraud Notice

Since I work for a title company (for the next 30 days) we get these notices from our underwriter telling us which people that we should not accept business from because they are involved in fraud. I decided to pass the names along to my fellow notaries. Here are the one's I received this morning. As they come in I'll post messages. In times like these, if I could help prevent a situation that is fraudulent then so be it. So here are the names:

Advanced Title Solutions, LLC
Idalmis Arias
New Age Settlement Services, Inc

If you know these people and know what they are doing shame on you and if you are these people then you will get what you deserve.

Now, this is a post with some very tangible value to signing agents nationally! We appreciate the heads up!

Keep them on coming, and I'll be placing the typewritten list in the front of my journal to make sure I don't accept any work from these knuckleheads!

For instance: there is more than 1 company with the name Advanced Title Solutions.
FL, ME, OH, KS, etc.
