Subject: eSign® Opportunity

Are you interested in expanding your signing opportunities? Do you have a laptop computer with a wireless internet connection?

If so, we invite you to visit our website to learn more and let us know if you’d like to participate in conducting eSign® closings for AmTrust Mortgage Banking.

What is eSign®? It is an electronic signing process that allows borrowers to electronically sign a portion of their loan documents with the click of a mouse rather than wet ink signatures. Certain documents must still be printed and signed, so it’s a process of combining new technology with traditional loan signing procedures. It reduces the amount of paperwork involved in a typical loan transaction, it speeds up the loan cycle and it’s the way more and more business will be conducted in the future. So, there are many positive reasons to get on board now!

In case you’ve forgotten, we’ve provided your Bancserv login information below to make it easy for you to get involved. We encourage you to participate in this exciting opportunity and look forward to servicing this new business together. If you have any questions regarding this new opportunity please e-mail us at

I've done 15-20 AmPro esigns; twice the paper for same pay

Esigns are supposed to be less paper, but not only is there more, you still have to do the esign (maybe 10 minutes), but some SS's want you to print out 100 extra pages just in case the system's not up & then destroy them if they're not needed! No comp for the extra paper!!! Do they know of some free paper I'm not aware of? Not to mention the time to print, organize, & then SHRED (to prevent ID theft - of course). Anyone else have better/different experiences?

Re: And you keep doing them???

HrdwrkrVA, what if something had gone wrong and you needed them?

I took the AmTrust webinar too - I heard them say it's a good idea to print a spare set of docs just in case there are glitches in the sytem or the internet signal is down (like my internet signal dropped 10 minutes into the webinar). I also heard them say they want the entire package of printed docs faxed back to supposedly eliminate the need for shipping the docs back - but you still have to drop at a courier...

That's why it was asked "and you still do them"?? At $65 these in no way are worth the effort, time and expense put into them. MHO

What do they pay for doing the signing and then for printing the docs?
