Talked to Konstantin today and he said they are behind on paying for October. I could not nail him down for a specific date when checks will go out.
You may want to reconsider taking that order from them. I smell another company in trouble and going down.

I just did a closing for them yesterday, my first, because they had a good rating on Signing Central. Their confirmation reads, "Payment is made every 15th and 30th of every month."
I've sent Kosty an email and I will see what he says.

I just called again and left voice mail messages for Konstatin, who did not answer, and for Jay, who was "in a meeting". A week ago, Konstatin said checks would go out on the 30th. I will update on this.
