I keep getting calls from this number 410 62x 277x and when I answer they never say who they are and where they want the signing at.
Most schedulers are a little professional and they say: Hi Joe I am Monica calling from xxx Title in Sacramento, CA I was wondering if you were available for a signing in xxxx CA at 4pm. It's a purchase loan and it will be edocs with 3 signers, bla, bla, bla,
They give you some info or at least they try to give some confidence to take the work, after all we are the ones giving credit to them.
This girl just said to me:
==Can you do a signing tomorrow at 5PM?
Me: I'm sorry who are you or what company are you calling from?
==Oh this is Jane Doe.
Me:What company?
==Genuine Title
Me: How much are you paying?
==90.00 dollars
Me:Edocs? O/N? refi? purchase? etc?
==Don't know
Me:I can do it for xxx.xx
==No, I can't do more than 90.00
Me:I m sorry I can't do it for that price, thank you.
==Click.
I checked later on Genuine Title website and it is not the same number she was calling me from. Somebody told me that she sents confirmation from an aol.com email address.
