Genuine Title/Konstantin Safir

I just called Konstantin Safir because I have not received payment for a signing I did for him on October 23. He said they have changed their payment dates, and now pay only on the 30th of the month, but that the checks haven't gone out yet. He said they will go out tomorrow. I'll post here when I receive the check. Meanwhile, this is a "heads up" for anyone else waiting for payment from Genuine Title.

I just received a check 2 recently for a closing done in mid-Sept. I had to call a couple of times but I did get paid. Unfortunately it seems that when companies (especially TC)start taking longer to pay there's a problem. I'm tired of waiting and calling . I can just imagine what my bank would say if I asked if it was ok to pay them when I got paid (30 days late)
