I closed a refi for this company on 11-12-08. I was told by Kosty Sarif that since the closing was before the 15th of the month I would be paid within 2 weeks. I have been calling Kosty every day for the past week and sending emails about my payment and no response. I just want him to pick up the phone or answer my emails. Nothing......... I also sent the VP of this company and email and I called him. What doe that say if even the VP won't return calls or emails. You can find the VP info information on the Activrain site. This is not a good way to do business and I would like to know where they get off hiring notaries and not even givng them the respect to return a phone call. Without our stamp on these docs there would be no business for them and they wouldn't get paid. They are partly the reason this industry is in tsuch a mess. My pay is peanuts for what I helped this company make. We need to band together and stop companies from non payment for our services rendered. Can you imagine, Kosty sent me an email a few weeks ago asking for notaries in my area to close for him. At that time I had already left him several messages about my past due invoice and he wouldn't pick up the phone...........

Another email from the idiot Konstantin:

"Yes I own my own signing service which does over 300 deals a month consistently while you run around and get papers signed for companies like ours. Its so funny while I'm here at my house eating dinner and laughing at your emails I came to a conclusion that you have nothing else better to do than be a loser of a notary."

Who would want to do business with this idiot?!!!
