Global Notary?

Confirmation doesn't state where they're located, but scheduler said sister company is Nations Direct. They met my fee (wow!), but I'm wondering if anyone's had any experience with them lately?

Says it all in a nutshell if they are related. I wouldn't touch them with a 10-foot pole. Bad reputation, birds of a feather....

Did a closing for them on 9/26, paid on 9/30. They met my fee (which is not XX). No problem in my book!

I believe it's a father owning one and sons owning the other.

Haven't heard from either in years and years ... years and years ago they were cheaper than cheap. I'm guessing they haven't raised their fees.

Thanks for the replies. Did the signing...a little more handholding than I like, but as I said earlier, they met my fee ($XXX) and never attempted to lowball me.

Good Luck - Nations Direct has been known to agree to an $XXX fee then make only a partial payment.
