Help with Acknowledgment
Early morning closing, and everyone is gone from title company. I need some help with wording on mortgage achnowledgement. It reads:
On this 20th day of November, 2008, before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared Mr. Borrower and Mrs. Borrower, to be known..............as their free and voluntary act and deed, for the uses and pruposes therein mentioned.
Given under my hand this official seal this 20th day of November, 2008

Notary Public in and for ........
Is the line after the word "BY" my signature line? If so, I assume my office address on the "Residing At", line....
