I am still owed by Thomas A Sirianni

I have a judgment against him and no one knows where he is at. He owes me so much money and refuses to pay me. Anyone can let me know his whereabouts let me know.

I did only one signing for this company while I was living in New Jersey, back on or around 2004. He never paid me for that signing.
I did the collections throught the agency the NNA has and no response at all.
So, would be good to add this company into the list of bad companies.

1. Remember, your judgment means nothing unless it is filed with the city or county clerk.
2. I once talked to the NYS Bar Assoc. about another attorney who owed me. They indicated at the time that, if I had a judgment against him (which I didn't), they would be interested in contacting the attorney. You might want to send the Bar a copy of your judgment and ask them to intervene on your behalf for the good of the profession.

Use the search button - I posted info about him a couple of months ago, as well as info about contacting the appropriate NYS Bar Grievance Committee.

Also, the two addresses listed for him in this thread are very close to me - I will check them out in the next day or so to see if he actually has an office at either address.
