Just a little FWIW

A while back there was a message on here about a company stating they were lowering their very good fees by not a whole lot. Several of you immediately started blasting them on here and many of you said you told them to take you out of their database. I have worked for them for two years and have closed up to 20 plus loans in a month for them alone. Our work for them has drastically slowed but just to let you know, we are still getting the same fees with no discussion at all, nothing has ever been spoken about it directly to us although we did get the email like everyone else did.

Lesson? All of you who had the knee jerk reaction to just say forget a really good company over $XX ought to think about if you are making good decisions in the business. It would be one thing if they were lowering it from 60 to 50 but they were never close to that and I guess to some of us it didn't even apply.

I think we're just accustomed to reacting to fees being lowered by more and more companies, and maybe we like to whine just a bit!

Or...

It could be that the reaction and feedback they received convinced them to change their minds about lowering their fee and it shows that a strong stance can make a difference.
