Land America, PA

I received a call to do a closing. I haven't done any closings since April, 08. I have never had a problem with them in the past, paid on time, etc. Any comments out their regarding not being paid?

They have a reputation for low-ball, but they have always paid promptly. Keep in mind there is a merger going on.

I agree they always paid on time, however, there fees have dropped to a point of embarrassment. The last time they called me they offered me an edoc refi for 75.00. I was in shock... needless to say I don't work with them anymore. If you are willing to accept low ball fees they will pay.
