Landam price dropping

Is there anyone else dealing with Landam reducing fees for Countrywide closings. Countrywide has one of the larges loan packet and we make copies for the borrower. Landam want to pay 85.00 for at home closings and 110.00 for HELOC. The base fee has always been 75.00 plus 25.00 for edocs. Countrywide closings are different because docs are rarely on time and if there is a cancellation you are not notified in a timely manner. Heloc must be done in a title, attorney or lender office, most of the time there is a conference rrom fee and lately they want to schedule late evening closing for HELOC for no additional fee. When I contact Landam regarding this, they just said they can find notaries to do this for less. In other words take it or leave it.

The Landam purchase loans I have been doing are $125.00 + edocs. This is what has been quoted on the good faith. Landam doesn't service their loans so it could go to a multitude of lenders. Unless you can agree to more from title then thats what they pay(granted your working directly).
