Did a refi for them 1/21/08 - paid 3/17/08 - met my fee and don't recall any issues with the signing itself.

It's been a while since I've done any signings for them, but they were great. They always paid within 30 to 45 days, and paid a fair and decent fee. The owner, Tammy Mazak, is also a notary, so she knows what it's like to work in the field. She always treated me with fairness and respect. I'd work for her anytime.

Just got a check from them today for a 9-30-08 signing, never had problems with them. Not babysitters or hand holders: you get to be an adult!

I cannot recommend this company high enough. Everything is handled with professionalism and respect. When I was a newbie years ago, Tammy was so very patient no matter what the question might be. Accept every job she offers with confidence.
