They tried that on me but I got them to agree on my fee. The real question is: Do they pay in a resonable amount of time since MDA bought them out?

They just started sending me these emails lately. I went to the website only to see they offer 46.00!!!! AND people are snatching them up like hot cakes! If I don't see it quick enough, it's gone!!! I am sorry, but it still bewilders me to find so many people take these super-ultra low ball jobs. It will NEVER cease to amaze me!!!! One thing is for certain and that is that MDA is getting a significant amount of work in order to send these out so frequently. The people that pick these up are feeding the sharks and are left with ... not much or nothing after cost for themselves. When will this madness end???? :0

Remember, when you see those fees posted that you have the right to negotiate fees. As long as there are notaries out there willing to work so cheaply basically give away their services, the low fees will be posted.
