I accepted an assignment from Mark representing Local Solutions Escrow, however, I was actually getting the docs from LSI Calif. office Linda Yanez. For me it was a fiasco. The signing was cancelled after I printed all of the docs. My confirmation was from Mark Formica and it stated I would receive a $50. re-draw fee which is what was going to happen and it was going to occur the next day. However, Linda stated that I would only get $25. She was not the person who called me, sent the confirmation, etc. There was so much miscommunication between Mark, Linda, and then me that it was a circus!! I will say that Mark DID mail me a check for $50. but not paid from LSI. Linda had insisted she would only allow $25. The check I rec'd from Mark was written from an entirely differently named account and hand written. When the re-schedule came the next day Mark called me and while we were discussing the assignment he received an email that Linda did not want me to do the signing!!! He apologized and we ended the call. Within 1 minute my phone rang and it was Linda asking me if I would accept the assignment for that evening!!! I told her what Mark told me and she just said" oh, never mind, he just emailed me that he found someone else!!!" I will never figure that one out. Mark stayed true to his word.
