Mystery Shop Opportunity - Goor Pay

I've been meaning to post this for months but never got around to it. A company is paying $200-$300 for a "shopper" to go through the motions of refinancing their home, for the sole purpose of making sure the lender or broker does all the right things by you (the Borrower/ Shopper). You exercise your RTC and you're all done, after you submit your report.

You must own your home and there are a few more requirements. If you are interested, PM me and I'll forward you to information. The only thing I can vouch for is that I've performed Mystery Shops for this company in the past and they do pay.

It sounds time consuming to me but it may be fine for someone else. Good luck.

Re: That makes 3 of us.

Not only that, but doesn't your credit score go down if you do this? Obviously, the more pulls, the lower the score. It seems like a lot of work just to make $200-$300. Before you can even get to the point of excercising your right to cancel, there is the appraisal and title work etc. I'm sure they all have to be paid also.

Seems very fishy! It would be more to the lenders advantage to just poll the actual customers. I'd be concerned about this company collecting all of the personal information about me. JMHO

Too much hassle and time consuming for me. Not to mention the fact of giving yet someone else all of my personal information!
