OT - personel injury lawyer needed - clearwater area

My son was recently involved in an auto accident ( he'll be OK but hurting for a while). He T-boned a car that pulled out of a side street (84 yr old driver). Anyone have any experience with a good Personel injury attorney in clearwater area??

Thanks,

Art

Art, you can probably start with your own attorney...

they'll be dealing initially with the insurance company so he'll only need a local attorney if he ends up filing suit. The initial claims can be filed locally.

Hope the guy is insured. Just FYI, down here the only mandatory coverage is $10,000 PIP and property damage.....bodily injury coverage not required.

Good Luck and hope your son recovers quickly.
