Rating question:

I was just looking up Speedy Notary & Doc in Los Angeles and SC says "Average Rating Unavailable." Yet, when I click on comments, ratings are very good (for the most part). Why does rating column depict "unavailable?" TIA

A rating isn't generated until a certain minimum number of

ratings have been entered by the Notary Rotary membership.

I don't know how many ratings are necessary before a rating is visible, but you can ask Harry by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
