Requesting Feedback for HVR Mobile Notaries
Has anyone worked for them? They are located in San Diego, CA. The confirmation lists Hector Vides as the contact person. I did use the orange search, but , no results are available. Thanks

I found the phone call from Hector lengthy regarding a request for my services and not needed, he questioned everything. I also questioned whether I could work for him or not. The phone call alone then the followup e-mails, it is my opinion he micro manages, and needs to have total control. He created a stressful situation before the signing even happened. He wanted to bump the signing to an earlier time from 6:30 to 4 ish so a Fedex deadline could be met, again his control issue to make his company look good. He then called the borrowers to confirm an earlier time frame other the scheduled 6:30 p.m. time, however the borrowers weren't available to sign earlier. He calls to confirmed signing time and then wants you to also call, this is simply too much contact with the borrowers prior to my arrival. He and I went round and round, I told him I hope I would be able to work for him. But in the end we parted ways, I didn't do the signing and I would not accept work from him. He's got to be in control. I don't care to be micro managed. I have his e-mails and would be happy to share his comments on how we as notaries should be humble and grateful and in his opinion I I was neither. LOL He said the only reason he called me was because the notary he generally uses had surgery and he has no backup. When I get a feeling a situation is going to be micro managed, I'm outta there. I have been a notary long enough, I stand behind my work 100%, I dress porfessional, always arrive on time, in fact early, I'm well received by the clients. I don't feel stress needs to be created by someone micro managing when the signing itself is not a stressful situation. He offered $100.00 for e-docs, stated he only gets $175.00 and he needs to make a profit.

I have been working with HVR Mobile Notaries for the last 6 month, good company to work with. Paid on time and a lot of time 1 to 2 week early, very good communication, don't have any issues with HVR Mobile Notaries.
