I'm sure they'll figure out a way to make you fax back 50 pages even though the mods are only 10 pages.

I had a "hunch" they were going to handle the BOA loan mods. Too bad, I don't work for them either. Had a horrible time trying to get set up to do BOA RM's. They wouldn't play ball.
BOA ended up using other tc's. I've been told there is a "contractual" relationship between SL & BOA. That is unfortunate for the notaries. They only pay lowball fees.

I faxed back the requirements and was called to OK the package be dropped. I was headed out of town and got a call after I dropped the package from someone else saying they never got the fax. I said what the he** I always make copies of what I have faxed and she asked me to go home and fax it again. I told her I could not and she cussed me out, I hung up and she kept calling leaving hate messages. They deducted $50 from my fee saying I did not comply with the requirements of faxing back. It is not my fault that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They were so unorganized and unprofessional.

We've all had our share of "Fun" with ServiceLink. I use MyFax now so you get a confirmation for everything you fax. What a concept Haven't worked for ServiceLink in a longgg time very hard to work with. Looks like I'm still not missing much.
