Just to let you know, Settlement Corp still has the audacity to only offer $12.50 for edocs.

I'm usually not condescending, after all they are just doing their jobs, but I reduced to calling her "Honey". "Honey, I haven't ever done edocs for less than $25, and I've charged $35 for the past 3 years."

Sheesh. What an incredible insult.

$7.50 for HELOC

Generally they claim docs will be overnighted but when they are not they attempt to stick you with these ridiculously low Edoc fees.

And we have to print three copies of the DOT/Mortgage and two copies of the Note or HELOC Agreement.
