Signing Central

Though people are getting better at adding things to signing central I find there are still a lot of companies lacking good information on them.
I also think we need to setup a standardized way of ranking these companies. Just as an example I saw one company that got four stars for paying in 45 days. To me that is 1 or 2 star company.
I welcome ideas on a few basic criteria for ranking companies.

Excellent point. I would add that we need some method of indicating the very worst SS, the ones to stay away from completely. Right now one star seems to be more than some of these companies deserve. Maybe a different symbol like a circle with an "X" thru it.
