Title First Agency of Columbus, Ohio

I've searched the NR database for this company and couldn't find any info. Their website doesn't have a vendor application area. Anybody have info about them? I believe that they're the successor company to Advantage Equity Services.

They have several offices in the Columbus area. I used to see a bunch of HELOCs from them
thru SSs, but never anything directly. I think they do most everything inhouse now.

I've done some closings for them, and have a personal friend who is employed by them. They pay about 30 days out. They've been around a long time, but were recently (last 2 years) taken over by a group called CBC Companies. I agree with Roger, though. I think they usually use in-house closers or go through an SS.
