Title Stream Still Owes me

I did a closing in April 2008 and I am owed $150.00 for a reverse Mortgage. Sally from this office is a nasty witch and slamms the phone in my face. I spoke to Marty the CEO about her attitude and the money I am owed and he did not call me back. Please let me know on how I can get my money from the company. I reported them to several companies in Texas and was told that there was nothing that can be done.

You call up Title Stream Tell them you are going to report them to the IRS See how fast you will get paid.
How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?

If you suspect or know of an individual or company that is not complying with the tax laws, you may report this activity by completing Form 3949-A. You may fill out Form 3949-A online, print it and mail it to:

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA 93888

If you do not wish to use Form 3949-A, you may send a letter to the address above. Please include the following information, if available:

Name and address of the person you are reporting
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business)
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information

if i own a signing company and someone told me they would report me to the IRS.... I would have a check in the mail to them so fast..i don't want anyone reporting me to the IRS if i have a business trust me this will work...most signing companies are not paying taxes the ones are cheating notaries and cheating the IRS ...THEY DON'T WANT IRS going to their books..

I know when you get a call you cab't always do a search on this board. When you get a call, you need to check signing central and do a search. When you find all kinds of bad feedback, call and cancel. They had been having a problem for a while. I refuse to chase my money.

When you start or find a thread about a non paying company. Link it to the profile in signing central to help others avoid non payment.

I already linked Cogent. When you pull up the thread there is a Link to click on and then you find the company in signing central. Then click on complete link. I do this all the time when I find that the comments I found are not in signing central. Check out Cogent in Signing Central and you will find the conversations about the company.
