Cliffhanger. Horns went up 1 point with 1:29 to go. Tech ran back the kickoff to TT 35-yard-line, then short-passed downfield to a touchdown. With one second on clock, Tech penalized twice on ensuing kickoff, to 7 1/2 yard line, for fans flooding field. Horns lateralled twice on return, to no avail.

At least we were beaten by a Texas team that wasn't A&M. The Lone Star rules!
