closing quest problem getting paid

Dos anyone out there have the Tax Id number for Closing Quest. They owe me money from 10 months ago and refuse to pay I want to 1099 them for the income they earned from money they never paid me. I need their Tax ID number in order to do this It would be their number starting with a 59 if you have this please email it to me at [e-mail address] thanks Bev Orris

You call up Closing quest Tell them you are going to report them to the IRS See how fast you will get paid.
How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?

If you suspect or know of an individual or company that is not complying with the tax laws, you may report this activity by completing Form 3949-A. You may fill out Form 3949-A online, print it and mail it to:

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA 93888

If you do not wish to use Form 3949-A, you may send a letter to the address above. Please include the following information, if available:

Name and address of the person you are reporting
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business)
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information
The years involved
The estimated dollar amount of any unreported income
Your name, address and daytime telephone number
Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity can be kept confidential.

if i own a signing company and someone told me they would report me to the IRS.... I would have a check in the mail to them so fast..i don't want anyone reporting me to the IRS if i have a business trust me this will work...most signing companies are not paying taxes the ones are cheating notaries and cheating the IRS ...THEY DON'T WANT IRS going to their books..

there really are so many in this business that should pay an attorney to assist them on how to be self employed or should go get a 9-5 job

I think they are an LLC, if so, you can get that information from the State of Tennessee Division of Corporations.
