anyone else have a problem getting paid from this company? I did a closing for them on September 19th .... here it is November 27th (Happy Thanksgiving!!) and I still have not received payment. I spoke with Michael in the office who told me that they failed to include an affidavit that needed to be signed and could I go get it signed .... this was discussed thru email ... I told him no problem for a trip fee I could go back out and get this affidavit signed .... I explained that I was not going to be at my computer for the remainder of the day and to PLEASE call me with the information and I would set something up to get it signed ... I never received a phone call and assumed it had been taken care of ..... A couple of weeks ago I realized that I have not been paid from this company .... I email Michael and he asks me to please let him know the status of the affidavit being signed ... WHAT???? this was 2 months ago ... and the affidavit has still not been signed ??!! And this is my fault how????? They held my payment because this affidavit wasn't signed .... but never bothered to get in touch with me .... for 2 months .... asking where the affidavit is??
Makes no sense to me!
I did the closing as requested ..... just because they forgot to include the affidavit that doesn't give them the right to hold my payment!!!
Anyway .... watch out for this company ... they are impossible to get in touch with also!!!
