What types of transactions are you getting Bob? Loan Mods? Short Sales? I have only had 3 this month. I guess it's regional.

Primarily re-fis. Been at it a long time. Like to think..

they like my accuracy , reliability, experience and the fact
that I'm the spittin' image of Brad Pitt.
I'm down a fair amount from what it used to be, but from what I see
here, I am thankfull to still be as busy as I am.
Hope that it picks up for everyone. My crystal ball is kind of cloudy,
but I anticipate an increase after the 1st of the year.
