21 Century
Anyone with recent information about this company? Was called to do a conversion loan. Verbally given the phone # and name of borrower, very rushed and WILL NOT send a work order. Sounded very unorganized ect. When I called to ask for a work order, 2 times, one said they send it with the package and the other just didn't respond to my request? Read the previous posts. Acted as if I worked for them all the time. Got a bad feeling about them. Any info appreciated.

It's "21st Century Real Estate Investment Corp" - this company has been discussed here as recently as yesterday - search under "modifications" - that may help -
FWIW I was contacted once by them for a "modification application" - they sounded busy but they sent me a confirmation with no problem with the application atttached. Their thing, which I don't agree with, is they tell the person you're meeting (and they want YOU to tell them that too) is they've had a long working relationship with you - IMO comes unraveled as soon as the signer asks a question and you're not sure how to answer it...
My appointment canceled as the lady didn't have the funds to give me and I haven't heard anything since.
Good Luck!!

That qualifies as a B.S. Alert to me.
This industry has surprised me in how sensitive my BS alert is. I've ignored it three times and each time got burned. Now, when the alert sounds off I decline.
....especially when the call begins with something like 'Heya Steve ol' buddy, howya doin?'. HAHAaaaa!! Of course, THAT throws so many red flags & sirens I can't hear the rest of the call.

Yup, bad feeling right up front. Nice that they are friendly but sorry this is business. If they are conduction business like this they will crash and burn soon. And as far as the no work order situation the old saying "No tickie, no shirtie" applies.

I have done for 21st Century RIG...yes, loan mod paperwork to get signed, (not to fill out, just fill in name and sign, date, collect checks, and income docs if available. Was NOT asked to lie about my relationship, but was asked to say I am representing them as a loan signing agent. The first one paid in a couple weeks, the last one was just done a few days ago. I would take more from them. I will surely post, if the $$ doesn't follow in a timely manner.

Hi Sheila I've got a 21st century mod agree next week have you read the agreement? If so does it sound legit? Mod Agreements are done on existing mtg by same mtg company. I don't understand how a mod agreement bails out a BO when it's not the same mtg co. Would appreciate your input. THanks Ilene

I did two for them last Saturday (10/4) and received payment in today's mail.
I will do more, as long as they're not far from me.

I myself have also done many for them and will keep doing them for the company as long as they are not for for me to drive to. I will even meet with the client half way if I have to. I just like doing these types of signing, they're easy, quick, and simple. So keep them coming my way.

Let me guess, they called you and asked you to post something on this board to help offset their otherwise terrible reputation. Or is it just coincidence that suddenly people are pulling up and responding to these months old threads about them?

I have done a number of signings for 21st century and I have never had a problem with nor a bad feeling. I have spoken to a couple of the employees and did sound very professional to me. I believe the reason they give borrower's info first is to make sure that you will contact borrower to confirm appointment and call company back to let them know you have confirm with client and then they would send the docs and confirmation all at the same time, so neither you, client or 21st century is waisting time.

Ummm...no, the food stays on the table due to gravity.
The clothes and the kids...your fake exclamations are just plain sad. Whoever you are, don't let this company further make a fool of you.
