Archer Land Title

I know Archer and Ace are behind on their payments for the RESPAS and I am patiently waiting on 2 payments for these myself, but is anyone experiencing slow payments on closings for them?

I completed a closing for Archer on 9/23 ... rec'd payment on 10/7.

I did a RESPA 8/12 and another one 9/9 and a Refinance on 9/26 and was paid for all three on 10/8 (two different checks).

I closed a RESPA for them on August 13. Finally got paid on October 11.

The last actual closing I performed for Archer paid in 13 days. Check was dated the date of disbursement. Hope this helps.
