BHCC and Land Options

I have a signing scheduled today with BHCC which after some research found that it is run by Leah Balmer who used to be affiliated with Land Options who still owes me money from last year. I have sent Leah 2 emails this morning regarding that issue and she has not responded. The signing I took from her new company is for today. Would you still do it?

No, I sure wouldn't ever deal with her again after what I went through trying to get paid by Land Options. I finally emailed the president and vice-president of Land Options with my payment plight...and by golly, I then got paid.

If she won't answer or return your calls at this juncture, you can bet she won't when you're calling for payment. Dump her. And warn all other signing agents in your area to likewise dump her.

Well she answered by email and said she quit Land Options a year ago and would try to help me get the money they owe me, yeah right. She also said this new company pays their notaries the day of disbursement. I chose not to do the signing as the whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Paid immediately

I was paid the day after disbursement on the one I did for BHCC last month.
